Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Alana Maria pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for a store credit or exchange on all full-priced items. Please ensure your jewellery remains unworn and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a store credit or size exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your jewellery in its original box and mail it back to our Sydney studio using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
